At Osprey we don't impose any fancy terms & conditions and there is nothing in the small print that will come as a shock or surprise you!

• No obligation design visit
  First up, every site visit is free and you are under no obligation to accept or agree with any design suggestions made to you.
  Osprey know from past experience that every customer knows what it is they want and that it is the obligation of Osprey to understand and help you achieve it.
• Design and installation
  You are consulted at each stage of the process and any changes and suggestions are discussed fully to ensure you are happy both before and after installation.
  Experience tells us that's what customers want so that is what you get!
• Payment Policy
  Osprey have no fixed payment procedures and offer a range of options to suit each installation, budget and circumstances.
  They will be fully explained, discussed and agreed before any work ever starts so everyone knows where they stand!
• Statutory rights!
  And, of course, none of these minimal terms & conditions affect your statutory rights as laid down by law.

So, you can rest assured that when completed your new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom won't cause you any headaches just enjoyment and pleasure!
